Someone in our network claims it, reaches out, and meaningful relationships spark from there.

What is a favour card?

A Favour Card is your chance to spark real community magic in the Life After BigCo (LAB) network.

It's simple: Share one quick, free thing you're great at or happy to provide (in under 45 minutes—like a short chat, quick advice, intro, skill share, or brainstorm). Someone in the community picks it up, reaches out, and you both get a boost. No strings attached—just generous, human connection to help everyone thrive post-BigCo.

Write a small favour you can provide to someone else for free in less than 45 minutes. It should be something meaningful you’re great at or willing to offer (e.g., "15-min resume review," "Quick intro to a contact in X industry," "Brainstorm session on career transition ideas").
