Edition
This flagship event features speakers and panelists who’ve pursued purposeful career paths. With interactive activities and fresh ideas, these gatherings engage 100+ participants. LAB: Start-up Edition happens once or twice a year.
Hangout
Edition
A refreshing take on the traditional meetup, LAB: Hangout brings smaller groups together for meaningful, facilitated discussions in a comfortable setting. Limited to 15 participants, these events run every other month.
Distinct Voices

LAB: Distinct Voices is an inclusive series where we celebrate the diverse voices and unique topics reshaping the landscape of career transformations and entrepreneurship. These events, which typically are for 100+ people, provide a chance for people to shine a light on their unique experiences.
On Tour
Edition
LAB: On Tour takes the movement into the broader business community, with activations at major events or conferences. These may include hosted panels, on-site engagement, or a combination of both.
Rising Tide
Edition
Focused on uplifting others, LAB: Rising Tide creates connections through peer-to-peer matchmaking, mentorship sessions, or professional “speed-dating.” These events, held two or three times a year, are limited to 50 participants.
